How could my professional support you?
Are you struggling or overwhelmed?
Are you unable to see a way forward?
Do you fear talking due to your culture or upbringing?
Do you need to process difficult life experiences?
Do you want to make positive life changes?
If so, then I can help.
As an integrative counsellor, I work with my clients by supporting them acknowledging that they are indeed human!
I provide them with time and space to process their life experiences.
Everybody deals with life differently and I believe that there isn't a 'one-way' approach when working with clients.
As your counsellor, I will listen to you without any form of judgement, discrimination or prejudice. You can take as long as you need to work through issues
and I will simply walk the journey with you.
My counselling portfolio includes counselling within higher education and charity sectors. I also work as a Mental Health Counsellor at the Somerville Heart Foundation.
