How could your professional support help me?
Do you need someone to speak to?
Are you struggling to cope?
Do you feel lost or unable to see a way forward?
Do you want to process difficult life experiences?
Do you need to make positive life changes?
Then I can help.
As a fully qualified integrative counsellor, I work with my clients by acknowledging that they are indeed human! I offer them the time and space they need to process and work through their life experiences. Everybody deals with life differently and I firmly believe that there isn't a 'one-way' approach when working with clients. As your counsellor, I will listen to you without any form of judgement, discrimination or prejudice. You can take as long as you need to work through your issues, one step at a time and I will walk the journey with you, every step of the way.
My professional qualification in Humanistic Counselling was undertaken at the University of Chichester. My counselling experience includes counselling within the education and charity sectors. Alongside my private work, I lead the patient counselling service at the Sommerville Heart Foundation.
