Hello, I'm Caroline, a fully qualified MBACP Humanistic Counsellor.  I proudly work with clients of all cultures, ethnicities & sexual orientations. I'm a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), HACP and The Black African & Asian Therapy Network (BAANT).

I work online  with clients both within the UK and overseas

via Zoom. I also offer 'Walk, Talk & Refresh' outdoor therapy sessions in Southampton, Portsmouth, Fareham & Lee-on-Solent.

I can support you with issues surrounding:

Adoption, Abuse, Anger, Anxiety, Asylum, Bereavement, Climate change, Colourism, Chronic illness, Cancer, Disability, Employment, Identity, Inter-racial issues, LGBTQ+, Life transitions, Loss, Menopause,

Neurodiversity, Relationships, Self-worth,

Sexuality, Sex & Stress.

How could your professional support benefit me?

Do you need someone to speak to?

Are you struggling to cope?

Do you feel lost or unable to see a way forward?

Do you want to process difficult life experiences?

Do you need to make positive changes in your life?

Then perhaps I can help............

As a fully qualified integrative counsellor, I work with my clients by acknowledging that they are indeed human! I offer them the time and space they need to process  and work through experiences. Everybody deals with life differently and I believe that there isn't a 'one-way' approach when working with my clients. As your counsellor, I will listen to you without any form of judgement or discrimination. You can take as long as you need to work through your issues, one step at a time.

My professional qualification in humanistic counselling was undertaken at the University of Chichester. My counselling experience includes counselling within education and charity sectors. I currently work with the Sommerville Heart Foundation as a Mental Health & Wellbeing Counsellor supporting patients with heart conditions

From past clients....

"I started to see Caroline specifically for help dealing with loss, but what I didn't realise at the time was how much I needed her help to confront a whole host of other issues I'd been hiding from. It's been hard and I've still got a long way to go however with Caroline's guidance, I'm slowly starting to become a person I want to be and I'm finally getting some sort of control over my life.

I look forward to sessions with Caroline, as it's really the only time I feel safe enough to truly express myself without the risk of upsetting anyone and I always come away feeling like a weight has been lifted. I cannot recommend Caroline enough!"
